Weekend Wrap Up

Happy Monday!
It's Easter week, ya'll! We'll be Illinois bound before we know it....and it's about time! Here's out weekend...

Friday
Nothing.
Nada.

Stayed at home, played with my boy, tried a new recipe, popcorn before bed.

I kind of like Friday's like that.

Saturday
Our church's Easter Egg Hunt!
This is what the first half looked like.

I have no idea why. Nothing was wrong with him...just one big bad mood.

It did turn around though, and we did some chalk art...

Hunted some eggs...

We got more candy than we needed, that's for sure.

Also, JJ got the most eggs for the 4 & Under crowd (go son!) and got to pick a prize. He, of course, picked a Transformer because it was in the shape of a car. When Kevin showed him how it turned into a robot (or whatever transformers are) JJ lost his cool and probably thought Kevin broke it. It's stayed in the shape of a car ever since. OCD much?

We also got to have dinner with friends and stop by the mall to get JJ a couple pairs of new shoes. He doesn't really look like he's growing a lot right now to me, but his feet sure are!

Sunday
We went to church.

Came home and had some pizza.

Hung out for the rest of the day.

The end.

Not a bad way to spend a weekend.
