OK, so are you all ready for a post with lots of pictures and videos? Well, here we go...over the summer we bought JJ's birthday present - tickets to Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! It's Time To Dance! Tour. The concert was last night. I've been to a few concerts in my day - and this ranks up there with the best of them. Not because I've morphed into some lame mommy who only plays children's classics on the radio (because I haven't yet made such a transformation) but because it was high energy, fast moving, fun - it was a great night!

I know that part of the concert being so fun was seeing how much JJ loved it. He wasn't one of the kids dancing in the aisles, but he rarely moved. He watched the whole thing like a hawk and when something familiar happened, he would shoot a glance and a smile to Kevin or I as if to say "Did you just see that?!?!" I think it's safe to say that if they ever come to town again, we'll be there!

We are a definite Yo Gabba Gabba household. JJ has always gravitated toward that show - it's his fav, for sure. And (dare I say) I even enjoy it sometimes, lol! I mean, they haven't made it onto my iPod yet, but maybe someday :)
I am sure you already know this, but the best pictures were of JJ. What a special little grandson. Anxious to see him (and mommy and daddy tomorrow night).
We took William to see YGG when they were in StL. He loved it too! I'm glad that JJ enjoyed himself. Biz Markie is my favorite too. Have you seen the "mystery" episode? Biz calls himself Sherlock home-boy! Ha, I laugh just thinking about it!

Thanks, Myssie! We absolutely loved it. And I have seen "Mystery" - and definitely LOL'ed at you even mentioning Sherlock home-boy. That man is so goofy, I love it!
Also - your kiddos are pretty cute, too! Knowing your sisters and Andrea, I've "stalked" them from afar via pictures and whatnot. I believe I've even seen a picture of William dressed as DJ Lance? Did I make that up?
